The Q is a mixed-use concept in the center of Nuremberg, designed to meet all urban living needs under one roof. It involves renovating the historically protected building of the former German economic miracle "Quelle" and is supported by residential, office, catering, retail stores, a nursery, and similar social facilities.

The Q is located on Fürther Street, in the western part of Nuremberg. Its central location and direct connection to public transportation make it close to Nuremberg's business and commercial centers. The main complex includes 1,100 residential units. Additionally, there are commercial spaces on the ground floor where local products are sold, providing shopping opportunities right at the doorstep. The entire project is being constructed to meet the standards of a new building in terms of energy consumption and heat insulation.

According to the lease agreement with the Nuremberg municipality, various municipal offices currently spread across different locations in the city will move to The Q, covering an area of approximately 42,000 square meters.

Following renovation works carried out to the highest standards, The Q will have a gross above-ground area of approximately 170,000 square meters.
